Eric and Darin are long time college friends who met while living at Weatherford Hall dormitory at Oregon State University in the late 1980's. During that time, they decided that someday they would open a restaurant and call it Weatherford's.

Darin majored in HRTM (hotel, restaurant, and tourism management) and has worked for the McCormick and Schmick's restaurant group for the past 15 years.

Eric majored in computer science and started a company in 1992 to create software for restaurants and hospital food service.

Matt received his Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme from Western Culinary Institute.

I.O.O.F Building History

The building was originally built for use as a lodge for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

Other past uses of the building:

Friedrich's hardware from 1923 until 1970's.
