Hi, I am Chef Matthew Castellani!
I want to take you on a journey of food and seasonal sensations with my menu. I bring with me a strong passion for fine foods, especially local and organic produce. I have a deep desire to create an exquisite dining experience for my customers. I believe that food transcends people to places, thoughts, and feelings that we all have in common, and I want to share some of the cuisine that has moved me the most. After working my craft through kitchens from the East coast to the West coast, I have fallen in love with the Northwest’s sense of community and commitment to high quality local products. The quality of ingredients I have to work with here are magnificent! The local farmers and vendors are sincere and eager to deliver only the best ingredients. Bon Appetit!
